Richard joined the team from a diverse and interesting background, having spent 12 years in the military working for many years as a special forces helicopter pilot for both the Royal Navy and the British Army he brings his own dynamic approach to helping to ensure we all get the job done. Richard heads up operational matters for Britannia Recruitment and as well as his dynamic personality and sharp sense of humour he also comes with a wealth of customer relationship management experience from the retail sector.

When not helping to push us along in the right direction you will occasionally find Richard flying around in a squirrel helicopter called `FIBS’
