Dave was a co founder of Britannia Recruitment and has held various management positions within blue chip organisations in the Distribution & Logistics sector. Coming from such a background he understands a clients needs to keep costs to a minimum in an environment where profit margins are very tight.

Dave’s approach to work is to always hold a “hands on” position and lead from the front.

When away from the office Dave enjoys spending time with his children and has been known to enjoy the occasional drink.
